Our client is a worldwide leading company based in Biel. Randstad Professionals is actively looking for a "Lead Test Engineer" to join a dynamic and growing team.

Job description
You will have to manage all the activities related to the system and acceptance testing for the embedded software in new products, including:
Test the project plan, estimate the test effort and manage the business priorities
Identify the functional requirements and the resources needed
Approve the test plan and the test specifications; take the responsibility for ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in daily meetings to monitor and report on the testing activity progress of the testing teams, including onsite and near-shore contract resources
Identify risk items and dependencies
Lead the issue management meetings
Communicate effectively with the rest of the development team and the management
Adapt and develop the test strategy
Manage automated testing by defining the test environment and the methods used
Profile
Experience as project leader
You have the ISTQB Certification
Significant experience in debugging or testing
Project experience using the SAFe agile methodology
Experience with programming and scripting (languages such Python, C, C#, Appium etc.)
Self-motivated and a team player
